Welcome to the Ozarks Afro-American Heritage Museum!

The OAAHM is a repository of local Afro-American culture, with an ever-growing collection of interesting artifacts that testify to lives richly lived by our ancestors in southwest Missouri.

The Ozarks Afro-American Heritage will close its physical doors on October 15, 2013; however, the collections and much more are now available on-line at

OAAHM.omeka.net

Please visit us there!

Should you wish to arrange a speaking engagement with Fr. Moses Berry, you may contact him at abbamosesb@yahoo.com.

Your donations continue to be welcome, and will be used for preservation of the collection: temperature controlled storage space and professional quality boxes and other materials for the quilts, artifacts, photographs, etc.

Please use the website address  oaahm.squarespace.com to donate via PayPal.

Thank you!
